Description: Very good copy of this important exhibition catalog, largely designed by Duchamp as his own catalogue raisonne, made with photocopies of his annotated notecards. The largest showing of the artists work at that time, including 114 items, the catalog is illustrated throughout with photographic reproductions, one color plate tipped-in. Softcover, staple bound in printed green wrappers, with the fragile clear dust jacket that bears the red printed inscription “by or of Marcel Duchamp or Rrose Sélavy” on the front cover and “at the Pasadena Art Museum” on the back. First edition, 2000 copies printed. Unpaginated (56 pages).

Dimensions: 11 x 8-1/2 inches

Condition: Very good. Some wear and discoloration along top and bottom edge and two light creases in front cover, but overall very clean. Clear plastic dust jacket present in unusually good condition, with a half-inch chip missing from the spine’s upper corner (see photos).
