Designer/Maker:
Maria Kipp (1900-1988). Maria Kipp was an important Los Angeles, California
weaver and textile designer. She was trained in Europe and moved to
the United States in 1924. Kipp's work was used by Paul László
for his studio line of lamps and upholstery. She also did commissions
for architects Richard Neutra and Rudolph Schindler.
