Designer/Maker:
John Novy - A member of the Allied Craftsmen of San Diego during the
early 1970s, Novy was a third-generation potter. He had a studio on
Bankers Hill and was also involved with the San Diego Potter’s
Guild, where he gave workshops listed in Craft Horizons Magazine.
While he did not stay in San Diego for long, AC members recall that
he was a superb craftsman.
