Designer/Maker: Dean Santner – An East Bay designer-craftsmen known for his finely crafted line of wood products from the late 1970s and 1980s. “Every design is worked through the shop in small groups, allowing each piece to receive enough attention to reveal its individual character. Special regard is given to knots, figure, grain and texture, and how they will affect the finished piece; no two are alike.”

Description: Made from Claro Walnut. A free form shape with a drawer large enough to accommodate small personal items, but concealed by the uninterrupted flow of the wood grain. The largest of three sizes produced.
